1. Lawful & Permitted Uses

You may use PhotoTextEdit for legal personal and commercial activities, including but not limited to:

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use PhotoTextEdit to alter, forge, simulate, or falsify any document or image where accuracy or authenticity is legally required. Prohibited uses include:

  • Legal & Official Documents: Contracts, notary stamps, government seals, court rulings, or law enforcement documents.
  • Medical & Health Records: Prescriptions, diagnostic reports, vaccination certificates, or insurance claims.
  • Fraudulent Invoices & Receipts: Fake payment confirmations, forged receipts for unauthorized reimbursements, or altered payment screenshots.
  • Defamation & Impersonation: Creating false screenshots of chat conversations or social media profiles to deceive or harass others.

3. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our service for any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Suspected unlawful fraud or forgery may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable laws.
